Return & Refund Policy

At TradeBuybuy, we strive to provide the most reliable sourcing and fulfillment services for Shopify entrepreneurs. As we are a B2B service provider (Sourcing & Dropshipping Agent) and not a traditional retail store, our refund policy is designed to address the specific needs of wholesale procurement and international logistics.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Sourcing: If the product has not been purchased from the local supplier/factory yet, you may cancel the order for a full refund.

  • After Sourcing: Once the item has been purchased and arrived at our Yiwu warehouse, a restocking fee (typically 10-20%) may apply if the supplier accepts returns.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality control seriously. However, if your customer receives a damaged or defective product, we offer the following:

  • Proof Required: Please provide clear photos or videos of the damaged item and the shipping label within 7 days of delivery.

  • Solution: After verification, TradeBuybuy will provide a reshipment for free or a partial/full refund to your account balance for the specific item.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

  • If we ship the wrong size, color, or product, or if an item is missing from the package (verified by our warehouse outgoing weight records), we will reship the correct item at no extra cost or issue a refund for that item.

4. Logistics and Non-Delivery

  • Lost Packages: If a package is confirmed lost by the logistics carrier, we will offer a full reshipment or refund.

  • Incorrect Address: If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, no refund will be issued. The client will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

  • Shipping Delays: While we optimize for 7-12 day delivery, TradeBuybuy is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, extreme weather, or carrier strikes.

5. "No Reason" Returns (B2C Style)

  • As a B2B agent, we do not support "no reason" returns from your end customers. We encourage you to set clear expectations on your Shopify store. If a customer insists on a return, they must ship the item back to our Yiwu warehouse at their own expense; the refund will only be processed after the item is inspected and deemed resalable.

6. How to Open a Dispute

To initiate a refund or reshipment, please contact your 1-on-1 account manager or email us at support@tradebuybuy.com with your order number and evidence.
