At TradeBuybuy, we leverage Yiwu’s world-class logistics infrastructure to provide fast, reliable, and cost-effective shipping for your Shopify business. Our goal is to ensure your customers receive their orders as quickly as possible, anywhere in the world.

1. Order Processing Time

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for products already stored in our Yiwu warehouse are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours.

  • Sourcing Items: For products that need to be sourced from local factories, processing usually takes 2-4 business days before they arrive at our warehouse for quality inspection and shipping.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

We offer various shipping lines tailored to your budget and urgency. Below are the average transit times for our most popular destinations:

3. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be automatically synced to your Shopify store via our software.

  • You and your customers can track packages in real-time through our platform or third-party tracking sites like 17track.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.

  • You can view real-time shipping estimates for any product directly within the TradeBuybuy dashboard before placing an order.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • TradeBuybuy offers several "Tax-Free" or "DDP" (Delivered Duty Paid) lines for EU and UK destinations to minimize customs issues for your customers.

  • However, for standard shipping, the recipient is the importer of record and may be subject to import taxes or customs duties once the shipment reaches their country.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain express lines.

  • We comply with international shipping regulations regarding sensitive items (e.g., batteries, liquids, gels). Please consult your account manager before sourcing such products.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If a package is confirmed as lost in transit or arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy to initiate a reshipment or refund claim.
