1. Nature of Service

TradeBuybuy provides a B2B platform that connects Shopify stores to the Yiwu supply chain. Our services include product sourcing, quality control, warehousing, and order fulfillment. We act as your agent, not as the manufacturer of the goods.

2. Account and Software Use

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate e-commerce business.

  • Store Integration: By connecting your Shopify store to our system, you grant TradeBuybuy permission to sync order data, inventory levels, and tracking information necessary for fulfillment.

  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Sourcing and Pricing

  • Quotations: Product prices quoted on our platform are based on current factory rates in Yiwu. These are subject to change based on market fluctuations and raw material costs.

  • Service Fees: Our service fees (if any) are transparently listed during the checkout process. By paying for an order, you agree to the total cost, including product price, service fee, and shipping.

4. Payment and Funds

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via [Insert Methods, e.g., Payoneer, Wire Transfer, Credit Cards].

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise specified.

  • Balance: Any funds deposited into your TradeBuybuy wallet can be used for future orders but are subject to our withdrawal policies.

  • Limitation of Liability: TradeBuybuy is not liable for any lost profits, loss of business, or indirect damages arising from shipping delays, customs seizures, or factory stock-outs.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Copyright: You are responsible for ensuring that the products you ask us to source do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights (trademarks, patents, etc.). TradeBuybuy reserves the right to refuse orders that clearly violate IP laws.

  • Platform Content: All software, code, and content on tradebuybuy.com are the property of TradeBuybuy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be engaging in fraudulent activities, abusing our system, or failing to pay for fulfilled orders.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, with the jurisdiction of the courts in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province.

9. Changes to Terms

TradeBuybuy reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
